OILEXPRESS offers a comprehensive range of supervision services to ensure that Customer’s contractual specifications are met and interests of the Customer are protected is case of arising quantity or quality disputes. These services are performed by a team of highly experienced and qualified cargo superintendents who work in accordance with recognized international cargo inspection standards: EI, IFIA, ASTM, IP, and ISGOTT.
Accurate volumes, weight and cargo quality are just three factors that need to be considered to meet contractual obligations. Our Superintendents are fully conversant with internationally accepted quantity and sampling procedures, enabling them to supervise that measurements are done correctly.
Our Superintendents are presented on site throughout the cargo handling process in order to fully supervise operations, detect cargo anomalies or non-conformities, and ensure that correct procedures are being applied to protect customer’ interests all along the line.
